1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with this website and service enquiries is Mikołaj Dworak, operating the MD Quality service brand.

Contact: mikolajdworak@icloud.com.

2. Data that may be processed

If you contact me by email, I may process information you provide voluntarily, including your name, email address, company name, product or project information and the content of your message.

When you use the website, technical infrastructure may process basic technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and data required to protect the website against abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients and technical providers

Data may be processed by providers necessary for website operation and communication, including Cloudflare for hosting, security and network traffic and Apple/iCloud for email communication.

Some MyAnalyze project images are currently loaded from public GitHub infrastructure. When they are displayed, your browser may connect to GitHub servers and transmit standard technical information associated with that request.

Technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards available under the GDPR.

5. Cookies and localStorage

MD Quality does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or other advertising or profiling tools. The website does not set its own marketing or analytics cookies.

When you manually choose a language, the website stores only themdq-lang value in localStorage so your choice can be preserved on later visits. It is not used for tracking or profiling. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If no cooperation follows, it is normally retained for no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is justified by security needs or the establishment and defence of legal claims.

Data related to an agreed engagement and billing may be retained for periods required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

8. No profiling

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or marketing profiling.
