MD Quality is a service brand used by Mikołaj Dworak. It is not a separate legal entity.

The legal and billing form applicable to a specific paid engagement is agreed individually before work begins.

2. Nature of the website

This website is informational and describes possible service scopes. Visiting the website, sending an email or clicking a contact button does not by itself create a contract.

Scope, deliverables, timing, price, cooperation form and billing rules are agreed individually and require separate confirmation.

3. Intended clients

The offer is aimed primarily at businesses, founders and product teams. Other lawful cooperation models may be considered individually depending on the actual nature of the engagement.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply, these terms do not limit them.

4. Technical requirements

You only need an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No user account is required.

5. Content and intellectual property

The MD Quality website layout, texts and materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. They should not be copied or presented as your own without an appropriate legal basis or permission.

The sample QA report is a demonstration. It is fictional, does not represent a real client and contains no client data.

6. External links

The website may link to third-party services including LinkedIn and GitHub. Their own terms and privacy policies apply after you visit them.

7. Availability and security

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and secure, but technical interruptions, maintenance or errors may occur. You must not attempt to disrupt the website or gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure.

8. Website issues

Technical problems or website-related complaints can be sent tomikolajdworak@icloud.com. They will be reviewed within a reasonable time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated when the website functionality or service model changes. The current version is published here with its last update date.
